Dr Peter Buch is a clinical gastroenterologist with over 35 years of teaching experience. Teaching is his passion! His style is case based, practical, very interactive and fun. Dr Buch is a nationally known speaker who has been honored to teach at NPACE previously. He has taught at the University of Connecticut APRN School and has mentored dozens of APRNs. He is a Clinical Professor at the ECHN campus of UNECOM He is also an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine and the Frank H Netter, MD School of Medicine. Dr Buch always learns from his audience and looks forward to learning with you!
After listening to this podcast learners will:
(1) improvement in their ability to identify, understand and relay new, current and existing therapies for the treatment and management of IBDs;
(2) greater confidence in their ability to assess and manage patients with CD and other forms of IBD for more targeted treatment and shared decision-making; and
(3) enhanced understanding and awareness of disease burden, complications, and quality of life issues in CD and IBDs.
Obtain Your Credits
To earn credits for this activity, you must complete all course components in the following order: 1) watch the course presentation video; 2) complete the course evaluation; 3) pass the post-test with a score of 2/3 (66.7%) or higher. You may retake the post-test until a passing score is achieved, at which point you will be able to view/print a copy of your certificate of completion. This online certificate will also be saved within your profile dashboard transcript for future access.
