“I am so dizzy” is a common complaint encountered by primary care clinicians every day, and one of the biggest challenges in ensuring that we know what the patient is talking about! The most common differential diagnoses of “dizziness” have very different etiologies, ranging from inner ear, spinocerebellar, neurologic, cardiogenic and volume issues.
