Rose Grady
FNP-C
Rose Grady is a certified family nurse practitioner practicing in central Ohio.
She received her BSN from Otterbein University in 2013 and practiced as a RN for four years before graduating with her Masters of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from The Ohio State University in 2017. Rose is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has practiced family medicine since 2017 and continues to practice family medicine part time in addition to her aesthetics practice.
Rose started practicing aesthetics in 2020 as a way to add creativity to her nursing career. She has been a clinical trainer for a national aesthetics practice, educating providers on various aesthetic procedures. Rose then started her own practice, Clare Beauty + Wellness, in 2023. Clare provides in-person minimally invasive aesthetic services and telehealth wellness services, including health coaching, hormone optimization, and weight management. Rose's practice and skills are guided by integrity, safety, quality, and a love for helping others and her community.
Maddie Smith
CNP
Maddie Smith is a certified nurse practitioner practicing in the central Ohio region. She received her BSN from Otterbein University in 2013 and practiced as a critical care RN for six years before graduating with her Masters of Science, Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Otterbein University in 2019. Maddie is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She has been practicing family medicine since 2019 and continues to practice family medicine part-time in addition to aesthetics.
Maddie joined Rose's practice, Clare Beauty + Wellness, in fall of 2024. She provides concierge aesthetic services as well as chemical peels, skincare consults, and conducts weight loss and wellness counseling visits.
Maddie strives to be a compassionate, thorough provider who provides both quality and individualized care for her patients. Her favorite aspects of practicing as an NP include caring for her local community, providing extensive education, and developing trusting relationships with patients to ensure they feel seen and heard.
