Physician Assistant

Dr. Joshua Merson is a physician assistant with 20 years of experience in clinical medicine and education. Dr. Merson received his MS in Health Professions Education from the MGH Institute of Health Professions and a Doctorate of Medical Science from the University of Lynchburg. He holds a certificate of advanced qualification in emergency medicine from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare, and has board certification as a National Healthcare Disaster Professional from the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Dr. Merson has published in multiple journals, presented at regional, national, and international conferences, and has developed a wide range of continuing education programs and workshops across multiple healthcare professions.
