At NPACE Primary Care and Pharmacology Update conferences, you will fulfill your professional development and licensure needs, and access priceless context, insights, and real-world understanding of complex healthcare issues. Registration Overview

All registrants will have 90 days of post-conference on-demand access to all NPACE sessions.

(Some partner sessions may have restricted viewing options and will be live only, so remember to check course details for this information.)

Attendees can earn up to 31 continuing nursing education contact hours including 12.00 pharmacology contact hours.

Evidence-Based Accredited Education

Participants will have the opportunity to receive at least 31 continuing education hours, including 12.00 pharmacology hours, by actively participating in NPACE sessions and Partner Programs, and completing an online evaluation after each program.

Nurse Practitioner Associates for Continuing Education (NPACE) is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation (ANCC).

In addition to ANCC, NPACE is approved as a provider of continuing education in nursing by: the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP8720 and Florida CE Broker #50-1476.

Conference Objectives

By attending this NPACE continuing education activity, Nurse Practitioners will self-report:

  • An increase in their primary care knowledge and skills including pharmacotherapeutics in managing patients with acute and chronic problems.
  • A change in their clinical practice performance based on new evidence-based information learned.
  • An increase in patient quality outcome measures.
  • That they received a positive return on their investment in regards to increased knowledge, skills, and patient outcomes.
  • An increase in their professional development skills.

  • Once in the platform, you’ll navigate using the menu on the left-hand side of the platform screen.
  • From here you can view and connect with other attendees, start a conversation in the event lobby, view the schedule of presentations, read speaker bios, access session handouts, and plan your schedule - Plus so much more!
Within the Conference Agenda

You will notice that scheduled program dates are highlighted, while all other dates are grayed out. From here, create your own personalized agenda by clicking on the (+) next to each session title – this will assign these programs to the MY AGENDA tab. Within each session listing, you will be able to review the Session Materials, Read Speaker Bios, Watch the Livestreamed (and recordings once available) Sessions, and Access any Pre/Post-test Links (be sure to scroll to the bottom) you will need to earn credits. We encourage you to actively participate in each session-listing, within each session listing you’ll see a Q&A tab to submit questions to the presenters and poll questions. The app also has note-taking capabilities, click on the Notepad icon at the top of each session listing, and you can type notes for each session. Session notes can be emailed or shared using the download icon at the top right corner of your session notes.

Below you will find the answers to our most commonly asked, technology-related, questions. If you're unable to find the answer that you're looking for, please email learn@npace.org for further assistance. 

SESSIONS/VIEWING

Will the conference sessions be recorded? Can I access the recordings afterward? 

The sessions that are being recorded will be available approximately 5 to 7 days after the live program. Simply go to the Conference Agenda section of the Virtual Conference Platform to access these recordings. 

Note: Some sessions will not be recorded.  This information is listed within each of the session listings of the Conference Agenda

How do I earn my credits/certificates? Head over to the Conference Agenda section and click on the session titles. Within the session listing, scroll down to the Links section for access to the pre/post-test and evaluations which will direct you back to the NPACE Learning Center to fulfill these requirements.

  • PCEC and Vindico Programs: To claim credit for participation in these activities, you must read the objectives, watch the live presentations, and complete the post-test/credit claim form by clicking the link within the session listing. Certificate will be issued upon completion of the credit-claim form. The PCEC and Vindico Partner Program certificates will be issued to you directly from PCEC/Vindico and will NOT be accessible within your Dashboard of the NPACE Learning Center.

Where can I find my certificates?

  • For all NPACE sessions -- These online certificates will be saved within the NPACE Learning Center. Go to 'My Dashboard' --> 'Transcript/Certificates Earned' for access to individual session certificates as well as the ability to download a PDF document listing all the earned credits on one page.
  • Reminder: The PCEC/Vindico Partner Program certificates will be issued to you directly from Vindico and will NOT be accessible within your Dashboard of the NPACE Learning Center.
TECHNOLOGY

What if I run into a technical problem, what can I do?

  1. Check if you are using Chrome (highly recommended).
  2. Refresh your browser
  3. Quit and relaunch your browser
  4. Restart your computer

Note that some workplaces may have firewalls in place that may prevent the live streaming of video content from the Socio or may restrict their bandwidth for telehealth appointments only which will result in poor video/audio quality. You may want to share the Livestream Troubleshooting Tips document (located within the handouts section) with your IT administrator in advance to see if access to Socio can be enabled to prevent any issues you may experience.
