    Since electronic nicotine delivery systems or ENDs (e-cigarettes), came to the US market in 2006, their use has increased exponentially, especially in the adolescents along with a proliferation and evolution of devices. Use of ENDs in adolescents has exposed them to nicotine containing tobacco products and well as other substances. There has been some evidence that e-Cigarettes may have some efficacy as a harm reduction tool in certain long term combustible tobacco users, the identification of serious known and potential harms are increasing.
