In the current healthcare landscape, medications have become increasingly complex and overwhelming for both patients and providers. This workshop serves as a reset, allowing us to collectively reevaluate the value of all drugs and adopt a holistic approach to patient care and their medication list. Using a variety of resources, we'll explore strategies to streamline medication lists in the era of polypharmacy and diverse providers. Identifying the primary owner of the patient's medication list is crucial in this process, and we'll discuss effective methods to do so. This will be an interactive conversation, fostering a dynamic exchange of ideas and strategies among the audience and myself as the moderator. I encourage you to bring your strategies for complex cases to this fast-paced 1-hour discussion. | 1.50 credits (1.25 Pharmacology) | $40
