This session will provide information regarding the identification of women and men at risk for fracture based on bone densitometry and their 10-year fracture risk using the FRAX calculation. Pharmacologic therapies will be reviewed including patient selection for first line therapies when fracture risk is high and therapies for patients at very high risk including drug risks and benefits.
