EKG/Murmur Update: Modern Pearls for Classic Cardiac Findings

This session will provide a practical review of common cardiac murmurs, including how to accurately identify and grade them during physical examination. Participants will also explore electrocardiogram (EKG) findings that may accompany murmurs, enhancing their ability to correlate clinical and diagnostic data.

In addition, the session will highlight high-risk and emerging EKG findings noted in recent literature, with an emphasis on identifying patterns that warrant further evaluation or urgent intervention. Through clinical application and key diagnostic pearls, learners will strengthen their confidence in assessing cardiac murmurs and associated cardiac abnormalities.
